Roadworks 2023
The project of lowering the main roads to the World Heritage Site Gammelstad Church Town continues from late May to September 2023. During this time period the access road Lulevägen will be closed for traffic, therefore we recommend visitors to choose other routes to Gammelstad. For large busses we recommend Rutviksvägen, since it don't have any overpasses with height limitations
