Christmas market in Gammelstad

- A genuine Christmas atmosphere!

The Christmas market at Hägnan 2022
December 3-4, 12 a.m to 4 p.m

Here you can meet Santa Claus and Mrs. Santa Claus and their reindeer, go horse sledding, go on fairy-tale walks, experience christmas traditions from the1880s and stroll among our 90 carefully selected exhibitors.

The Christmas market at Hägnan is one of Sweden’s most popular Christmas markets. It's set in an old-fashioned environment, close to the World Heritage Site Gammelstad Church Town with its medieval church and red church cottages, which of course also makes us stand out from other alternatives.
