Learn everything you need to know about baking bread in a traditional baking cottage with a wood-fired oven at the open-air museum Hägnan!

Regular baking course

Welcome to an evening course in how to bake bread in a baking cottage. After the course, you are authorized to book Hägnan's winter bakery (Antnäsbagarstugan) during the winter months to bake bread on your own. At the time of the course, we go through the routines for the baking cottage when baking. You get to test all the utensils needed, learn how to make Klådda (a traditional soft bread), how a baking oven works and how to handle it for the best results.
