You can choose between outdoor and indoor market stalls/tables. Most indoor tables are in cold outbuildings, so keep in mind that it can get very cold even in these premises. All market stalls pleced outdoors are equipped with roofs.

A market stall/table with electricity cost a total of 1000 SEK (VAT included).

No, it is only possible to participate on both days. There are many people who visit the Christmas market, so keep in mind that you need to prepare products for both market days.

Yes, provided that the goods can be accommodated on the booked table/stall and that the person who has booked the table/stall is responsible for meeting the booking conditions.

Yes, you can cancel your booking in writing by e-mailing hagnan@lulea.se no later than November 27 for a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

Hägnan's Christmas market has an old-fashioned character. The sale of self-produced handicraft products, crafts, artworks, packaged food products, delicacies and homemade goods are permitted.

It is not permitted to sell mass-produced products in plastic and synthetic materials or food products for direct consumption at the market. Market participation with the primary purpose of spreading information about political parties, organizations and associations is not permitted.

To drop-off of goods before the check-in opens is not possible if you have a market stall outdoors. Shorter drop-offs to indoor tables can be made on Friday December 4 between 12 PM-3:30 PM. Please note that it is not allowed to start setting up your station during this time.

The market stalls/tables are 200 x 80 cm, unless otherwise stated in connection with the booking.

The number of your market stall is on your booking confirmation. The number is also shown on the map on the booking page. At check-in on the first market day, there are also hosts on site, who will help you find your way.

No, it is not allowed due to the traditional character of the market and for lack of space. If you need more space, you can book another market stall. Product protection against rain and snow is permitted if the weather requires it (no tents).

Since the market has an old-fashioned character, the market stall must be decorated in an atmospheric and traditional way. Uncoloured (yellow) fairy lights, lamps, battery- or electrically powered candles are premitted.

Headlights, coloured and flashing lights are not permitted. The same applies to candles and kerosene lamps, due to the fire hazard.

Discreet signage at/by the market stall is permitted but not in other parts of the market area.

Product protection against rain and snow is permitted if the weather requires it (no tents).

No, due to the risk of fire and possible overload of the electricity grid, your own heaters and fire baskets are not allowed. Remember to dress warmly and feel free to bring something hot to drink.

The check-in opens on December 5 at 8 AM and lasts until 11:30 AM. The market stall must be ready for visitors no later than 30 minutes before the market opens.

Guides on site will help you find your way. There is also a map on site that shows where the different market stalls are.

Som försäljare väljer du själv hur du vill ta emot betalningar. Ett tips är att erbjuda betalning via Swish och kort, med hänsyn till den stora mängden utländska besökare som saknar Swish.

Goods are picked up on foot or by cart, driving is not allowed during market hours. Keep in mind that there are many people who visit the Christmas market and that you therefore need to prepare a large number of products that will last both days. Notify Hägnan if you sell out and cannot attend both days.

It is not allowed to park cars in the market area. Driving is only allowed for shorter unloading and loading, no later than 30 minutes before opening and no earlier than 15 minutes after closing. Parking spaces for vendors are available at Hägnan's parking lot at the end of Gamla Hamngatan and in the parking lot behind Kafé Fägnan, if the former is full.

No, not it you inform the parking attendants upon arrival that you are a market vendor.

Yes, there is a special toilet for vendors in the house to the left of Kafé Fägnan (entrance from the short side).

Smoking is not allowed indoors, at or in connection with market stalls, buildings, activities or food and coffee stations.
