Guided tour of the World Heritage Gammelstad Church Town

Feel the wings of history as you wander down the narrow streets in the church town, visit a church cottage and peek into the late medieval Nederluleå church (with reservation for church services). During the guided tour you will learn more about how life was like in the church town in the past and how the cottages are used today.

The guided tour takes 60 minutes and starts outside of the Visitor Center. We offer guided tours all year round on set dates. You can pre-book your ticket online up to one day before the tour, if you want to book on the day of the tour, kindly give us a call or send an e-mail to gammelstad@lulea.se.

If none of the dates fit you and your group then you can send in a booking request for a private tour (suitable for larger groups) by e-mailing gammelstad@lulea.se.
