For vendors at the Christmas market

The annual Christmas market at the open-air museum Hägnan is held December 6-7 between 12 PM-4 PM. The beautiful, historical environment creates the feeling of stepping into an old Christmas card.

Product criterias

We welcome vendors who sell traditional and small-scale produced handicraft products, artworks, crafts, delicacies and home baked goods. Prepering and serving food and drinks for immediate consumption is not permitted. Food samples for tasting can be permitted in some cases. The open-air museum Hägnan's market has an old-fashioned character, therefore plastic materials and synthetic materials must be avoided. It’s not permitted to book a market space with the sole purpose of spreading information about political parties, organizations and societies. The open-air museum Hägnan has the right to cancel bookings from vendors that do not meet these requirements.

Information about the market stalls/tables

You can book a spot outdoors or in an unheated outbuilding. All market stalls have electricity. We provide all market stalls and market tables. To bring your own tents, tables, heaters or clothing racks are not permitted. You must bring your own splice cord and lights that blend in with the environment (read more about this in terms and conditions). Please note that it's not permitted to cover your market stall with large tarpaulins to protect from weather and wind.

Booking

The booking opens on Monday October 13 at 10 AM. You book your spot digitally here on the webpage. News this year is that all market stalls/tables has electricity.

Price (VAT included) for two days:
Stall/table with electricity 1000 SEK.
Large stall/table with electricity (2 pcs.) 1200 SEK.

Market spaces to choose from

When the booking opens you get to choose which area and stall/table you would like to be at. Remember that the market stalls/tables are very popular, so book your spot in good time before the event.
